"My wife and I had an electrical issue a couple of weeks ago. Sometime early in the morning, the power went out in our bedroom, our daughter's bedroom, and the bathroom. Resetting the breaker didn't work. It immediately tripped out. My wife looked online for an electrician and called Bright Bay. I received a phone call back from Bright Bay shortly after. I was told they would be at the house by 8:30am. Pat and Tim arrived around 8:25am. They assessed the situation, quickly determined that the breaker was fine, and set out to locate the short in the line. The short was quickly located and repaired, three outlets that had old wiring were rewired, and the boys were on their way. Pat and Tim were extremely efficient, courteous, and explained every step they took. They were done by 9:30am. From having no power at around 4:30am to a complete repair by 9:30am, all done for a reasonable fee, we are extremely satisfied with Bright Bay's work and prices." -Glen
